1. What do I get for my money?

Once your payment of £3.95 has been accepted you will be able to download an eBook which provides links to websites that can give you direct access to over 800 internet broadcasting channels.

These are mainly legitimate foreign channels which freely stream live football matches specifically for overseas viewers. However, since the internet is a global communication tool, there is nothing to prevent anyone with an internet connection to access these streams, wherever they are in the world.

2. Are any live football streams or links to live football streams available on LiveOnlineFootball.co.uk or in the eBook?

No. This website or eBook contains no live football streams or direct links to such streaming media. The eBook provides you with a list of independent websites, not affiliated with LiveOnlineFootball.co.uk or owned by Magic Hat Ltd, which provide live football streams or direct links to such streaming media.

3. What type of matches are available online?

You will be able to watch live internet broadcasts of matches from many of the top domestic European and Worldwide leagues, as well as European and International matches. Such a wide range of matches gives you even more choice than having a satellite or cable subscription!

4. Why don't you list specific streamed football matches on the LiveOnlineFootball.co.uk website?

WorldCupStream.co.uk only provides links to independent websites which in turn link to live football streams. As a result of this, WorldCupStream.co.uk cannot guarantee a particular stream's availability.

Potential copyright infringement prevents LiveOnlineFootball.co.uk from naming specific matches or leagues that may be available online on any particular date.

5. If I buy the eBook, can you guarantee a stream / football match will be available?

Magic Hat Ltd endeavours to keep its list of websites in the eBook updated and relevant, but since LiveOnlineFootball.co.uk or the eBook does not host live streams or provide direct links to streams hosted on other websites, it has no control over what specific matches or leagues are available at any time.

Magic Hat Ltd takes no responsibility for the content of websites listed in the eBook or the availability / reliability of the streams those websites in turn link to.

6. Other websites claim you can access Sky channels via the web without the need for a subscription, are these channels included in the eBook?

These other websites are misleading because they do NOT offer links to typical Sky channels such as Sky Sports, Movies, Box Office etc no matter what their sales patter claims.

It is also likely that Sky themselves would not appreciate their name being used to promote what is essentially an inferior product. If you want access to such channels you will need to pay the full monthly subscriptions to Sky themselves or their relevant provider partners.

7. Is the eBook updated with new links?

As a paying, registered customer of the eBook, you will be sent updates which contains links to new websites that provide access to online streams as and when they become available.

1. I have just paid but have not received my eBook, what's going on?

Please follow this procedure to download your eBook:

1. Upon purchase, you will be reidrected to a webpage where you will need to enter your name and email address into a form.
2. A message will be sent to the email address you entered asking you to verify that address.
3. Click the link in the message to verify your email address.
4. Once verified you will immediately receive another message containing a download link
5. Click the link in the message to download your eBook.

Please remember to check your 'junk mail' folder if you do not receive any of these messages in your inbox.

2. What information do I need to enter to register the eBook?

When you double click the eBook to open it for the first time, click on 'Register to view this eBook'. There are several 'red' fields that you need to fill in:

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email Address
4. Country
5. Login (your choice of username)
6. Password (your choice of password)
7. Confirm Password

3. When opening the eBook for the first time I see the message "There was an error in connection to EbookGenerator site. You are not allowed to view this ebook."

Please check your internet security settings and lower them or switch them off. High internet security settings or anti-virus protection and/or firewalls could be mistakenly blocking or altering the downloaded eBook. You should disable virus protection and firewalls and download the eBook again.

4. How do I watch the football streams?

Open the eBook and click on 'Latest Football Streams'. You will now be presented with a list of websites that provide access to live football streams. Click on any of these websites and follow their instructions.

5. Can I resell the eBook when I have downloaded it?

No you cannot. No resell right are included with your purchase.

6. What if I choose to resell the eBook anyway?

Each eBook needs to be registered before it is able to be used. Magic Hat Ltd is able to 'disable' any unauthorised copies which appear on the registration server, rendering them unopenable and useless.
